In the Beats per Bar field, enter the number of beats in each bar. The Speed Up/Slow Down by field allows you to adjust the tempo of the track. In the Initial Tempo field, enter the tempo of the track in beats per minute (BPM). which will open a window with several customizable settings. To create labels for a swing beat using the BPM Labels plug-in, open Audacity and select the track you want to add labels to. The labels will be added to the track and can be adjusted as needed.

Set the "Initial Tempo" to the desired starting tempo in beats per minute (BPM). In this window, you can adjust the settings to achieve the desired effect. Select "BPM Labels." and the "BPM Labels" window will appear. To generate labels for a slow down effect, open Audacity and open the "Generate" menu. These labels can then be used for beat counting, beat mapping, or any other purpose the user may have.
